Can I wear it in water?
Yes. Our pieces are water-resistant — pool, ocean and shower safe. Rinse with fresh water afterwards and dry with a soft cloth to keep the shine.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?
Every piece is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, so it is safe for sensitive ears and skin.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–4 business days and is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more; Express is available at checkout for $15.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. Earrings are final once worn, and outlet items are final sale.
