14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this window, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
— Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken)
— Custom or personalized pieces
— Sale or outlet items
— Gift cards
— Cleaning products or packaging accessories

International Orders
Due to the complexity of international customs, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
All customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes for international orders are solely the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original piece and place a new order once the return is accepted. This is the fastest way to get what you love.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method automatically.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
