Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Domestic orders ship via USPS. The rates below are the ones applied at checkout.

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout on U.S. orders of $100 or more. No code needed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes for international orders are solely the customer’s responsibility. Please note international orders are final sale.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at mondseecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review each situation and work with you on a resolution.
