Shipping policy

Processing times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Domestic orders ship via USPS. These are the rates applied at checkout:

• Standard (3–4 business days): $8.00 on orders under $100
• Standard (3–4 business days): free on orders of $100 or more — applied automatically, no code needed
• Express (expedited; estimate shown at checkout): depending on current rates

International shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties, brokerage fees and taxes on international orders are solely the customer's responsibility, and international orders are final sale.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at mondseecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll review each situation and work with you on a resolution.
