Returns
Unworn, unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. Earrings and body jewelry are final once worn, and outlet pieces are final sale. Can I wear this in the shower or the ocean?
Yes. Our gold-filled pieces are water-resistant, so pool, ocean and shower are all fine. Rinse with fresh water afterwards and dry with a soft cloth to keep the shine.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Gold-filled carries roughly 100 times more gold than plating, bonded rather than dipped, and it is nickel-free — so it holds its colour and is safe for sensitive skin.
